The Law Offices of Greenwood & Fink (G & F) is a general practice law firm with a broad range of experience to meet the legal needs of our clients. The lawyers in the firm are admitted to practice in all courts and administrative agencies serving Rhode Island, including the state and federal courts.

We represent individuals in the Rhode Island Family Court, Superior Court, and District Court as well as various probate courts. We also appear regularly before hearing officers at the Department of Children, Youth and Families (a position formerly held by Attorney Fink for eight years) and the Department of Labor and Training.

One of our lawyers regularly represents real estate developers in connection with tenant issues. Another lawyer provides services to foster parents working with the Department of Children, Youth and Families in licensing, placement and adoption issues. We handle domestic, criminal juvenile and child welfare matters.
